IADA's New Recruitment Provisions

Hi members ...
On this topic I want to give some announcements regarding the recruitment of new staff members of the IADA. There are three main types of staff we need, the Moderator, Tester, and GFX Designer who each has different Duty and Functions. For members who have been registred, we are ready to make the proper selection of your availability to participate in the Academy building. We submit the following Terms and The Provision from each staff member:

1) MODERATOR

moderator has the following Main Tasks:
* Take an active role in regulating the course of the post in accordance with the main rules of IADA, such as giving a warning to the member who posts a disturbing post which launched to the other members and touched theirs privacy by editing the post, delete a posts deemed inappropriate or disruptive place, and etc
* Moderators may delete a topic that are considered to an incompatible with the place or disturbing the other members and may close a topic that is considered to have achieved its purpose (such as in Question Room, most question problem has been cleared)
* Charge for Editing DUEL RECORD for each member who has conducted the duel in Duel Arena.
* Charge for calming any conflicts in every thread
* Able to answer questions about the Forum (By knowing and understanding the main rule in IADA) and about Yu-Gi-Oh and the solution on Question Room

The following are the main requirements to become a Moderator:
* Has an extensive knowledge in the field of language and rules of Yu-Gi-Oh (remember.. this is a Yu-Gi-Oh forum )
* Have enough time to check the forum
* Trustworthy, loyal and mentally strong
* Fluent in English and not Arrogant

2) TESTER

Tester has The following main tasks:
* Test the Novice (Rookie) who come to visit him/her to the Tester's Room for TESTING purpose by request.
* Conduct an evaluation in accordance with criteria which established in his room.
* Helps Answering questions about Yu-Gi-Oh on Question Room correctly

Here are the main requirements to be a TESTER:
* Have the ability to duel with a superb ability (at least pass the test by our prime Tester, Aludra) and managed to occupy the Highest Dorm of us, namely Master Hyperion Grade or Dark Armed Dragon Grade.
* Has an extensive knowledge of the Yu-Gi-Oh card game ruling
* Can speaking english by fluently
* To be honest, can evaluate objectively, and loyal.
* Have enough time to check the forum and the Novice's test request in theirs room.

3) GFX Designer

Probably most of you do not know about this one type of staff. GFX Designer is a staff whose job is to design, decorate, and observer of the forum's aesthetics (beauty) point in order to be more attractive by provide an ideas or his/her graphic works to the Admin.

GFX Designer has the following principal tasks:
* Perform an assessment of the member who held a Shop in GFX Shop and GFX Competition (Graphic)
* Perform an exchange of IDEAS to the Admin on the development of graphics in this IADA by giving the example edited picture(s) via PM to be announced by admin later.

Here are the main requirements for a GFX Designer at IADA :
* Have sufficient ability in the field of graphics (using Adobe Photoshop mostly)
* they has a taste that is quite high in the field of graphic
* Have enough time to take care the forum
* Not arrogant, loyal and well-spoken in the forum (especially in graphic design topic to review the results of the member's graphic work(s))

Okay, Those are the whole assignment of our STAFF in this academy, so then I can finally end this explaination of the requirements that we need for the participant who wanna try to become one of our STAFF. Thank you for your attention: D

Candidates for Tester, you can ask yourself after achieving the above requirements and make your application to admin by PM
Candidates for moderator, you can apply directly via PM to Admin.
Candidates for GFX Designer, you can attach the result of your overhaul / Editing images from any picture at this Academy Forum to Admin via PM.
